David Pantalone, PhD, will be speaking about “The State of the Science on Mental Health and HIV-Related Health Behavior Interventions.” He is the Director of the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program and an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

On November 30, 2018, representatives from health organizations across California convened in Oakland, CA to review and discuss the “game-changer” recommendations that were submitted through a community survey earlier this year.

Dr. Allegra Gordon will offer a conceptual model for understanding gender expression and health and illustrate this model with examples from recent research on gender nonconformity, school-based violence and bullying, and selected health outcomes in samples of U.S. high school students and young adults. Lunch will be provided.
